It's been a while since we've tasted whiskey with such unique flavor notes. The Professor and the Dark Door are both phenomenal! Gin is really good too. I would highly recommend to all spirit fans out there. Shout out to Jack (distiller) for his excellent hospitality! Tastings are very reasonably priced and bottles aren't too bad either.
The Rendition Rye is hands down my favorite Rye. The tasting was very professional an informative. Would highly recommend
Great staff, he was very knowledgeable! Beautiful space too. And needless to say, very tasty!
