It's been a while since we've tasted whiskey with such unique flavor notes. The Professor and the Dark Door are both phenomenal! Gin is really good too. I would highly recommend to all spirit fans out there. Shout out to Jack (distiller) for his excellent hospitality! Tastings are very reasonably priced and bottles aren't too bad either.
One of the best kept secrets in the Seattle metro area. I only discovered this place after moving into the apartment complex next door. The Dark Door Bourbon is fantastic - I actually am writing this review while googling their hours to see if I can buy another bottle!
I'm usually not a gin fan but I love their gin. Kure is a fantastic gin and they sell another exclusive to the tasting room. See if you can smell the whiskey they're currently aging. They are selling advance bottles out of current barrels.
