Excellent beverages, wonderful community, fantastic service from both Sarah and Elijah all come together for an extremely positive experience.

The teams continued effort to produce a safe and welcoming environment (including PoCs and LGBTQ+) is greatly appreciated and I'm glad I had the opportunity to come by!

“I was in town for a special event, I haven't been here before and was amazed with every aspect of my experience. our server Charles was utterly fabulous. he was very knowledgeable, thoughtful and prompt. he made it feel like we were old friends. the steaks were perfectly cooked. I am 4 and 1/2 years sober, and to go out and enjoy an exquisite meal and only drink water can be a drag, but you all had an amazing selection of mocktails, my partners and I enjoyed immensely. “Been coming here for years. It's the only tasting room I've had after parties at. Because the staff is so cool. Especially Donnie. He's cool as hell. Fun, funny, great host. Oh the wines. Their red mountain wines are fabulous. And good value for the dollar. Red mountain has the best red grapes in the state, maybe the country. Highly recommend. Also visit the Richland room if you're ever in tri cities.“

“if you’ve been on the hunt for a chicken caesar wrap look no further. This wrap is approximately the size and weight of a newborn baby. The chicken is cooked to perfection. The filling to wrap ratio is one that defies physics. Sadly these do sell out fast so be sure to beat the lunch rush if you want to get your hands on this feat of modern engineering.“

“Surrell was an unforgettable dining experience. We enjoyed the 11-course tasting menu, and every course was beautifully presented, incredibly creative, and absolutely delicious. The attention to detail and artistry in each dish made the entire meal feel special.

I was the only vegetarian in our group, and I was so impressed with how thoughtfully they accommodated me. My vegetarian courses never felt like substitutions. They were creative, flavorful, and just as exciting as everyone else’s dishes.

The service was warm, polished, and attentive from start to finish. If you’re looking for a truly memorable fine dining experience in Seattle, Surrell is absolutely worth it.

“We were staying in Chelan on a camping trip and wanted to spend an afternoon wine tasting. We chose this winery over several others because of the beautiful views, and we’re so glad we did!

If you look at my photos, you’ll see just how breathtaking the scenery is. As an added bonus, there was live music while we were there. The musician was incredibly talented and made the experience even more enjoyable.

The wine was delicious, and the staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. During our visit, a fire broke out over the ridge. Thankfully, a local guest was able to share updates and reassure everyone that the fire was moving away from the area and that we were not in any danger. The staff handled the situation calmly and professionally, allowing everyone to continue enjoying their visit.

We ended up staying for a couple of hours because the atmosphere was so relaxing. After visiting another winery in the area, we can confidently say this one stood out for its incredible views, wonderful wine, live entertainment, and exceptional hospitality. We highly recommend making this winery a stop during your visit to Chelan!“

The wine was excellent, the service superb, and the tasting room was cute and comfortable. As the organizer of this event, it was such a please to work with Julie, Darcy, and everyone else on the team that took care of our group of 15 people. All I had to do was show up and take credit for organizing such a great event! Can’t wait to visit again!“

“EDIT*** Manager reached out and discussed the issues. I am happy with the resolution. I want to preface this review by stating we paid close to $700 a night and stayed in a king suite with courtyard view. We have stayed at many luxury boutique hotels in the pnw and this has not been our favorite by a long shot. The first night we had dinner at the Fireside lounge. Great atmosphere but as soon as we ordered our drinks with dinner the waitress asked us for our card to hold on file. We felt it was a little odd as we have never been asked for a card up front at any restaurant we have ever eaten at. The beds and pillows were very stiff. The 2 nights we stayed there we woke up sore and not well rested as well as paying extra for the courtyard view which was nice but it was rather noisy. We are 39 and are younger with kids but could hear everything outside and in the hall. The second day we went to the hot tub but was not told they do not have changing rooms avail to those that are not getting a treatment. I had to put my clothes and shoes outside in the rain and my husband couldn't use the sauna because he needed to walk our clothes back to the room. The person at the desk stated lockers were only for guests with treatments. This would have been nice to know. We were not impressed with this boutique hotel. The price was high and the treatment from the staff made us feel not welcome. My husband was asked by the hotel staff if we were even guests when he went to the hot tub! I am just completely in shock comparing to other places we have stayed and paying close to $1500 the rooms are about double what they should be.“
