Was driving by and saw that this place was open. Walked in and was blown away. First the lady greeted us and was very polite and nice. The amount of variety is very good from savory to sweet. When I asked about the freshness the reply was they just came out of the oven in the morning. I could barely resist of not taking one of each. This bakery ought to receive awards. The breads and pastries are out of this world. I have lived and traveled the world to try goods from hundreds of bakeries. I'm an avid home-baker and appreciate great bread and pastry. This is the best bakery in Western Washington, in my opinion. I cannot get enough of it. I should mention that the staff is very attentive, highly knowledgeable and a joy to talk to.
