This place is a gem. Yes, it is pricey, but the service, food and atmosphere are all outstanding. Piper was our server and made our whole experience wonderful. I had the Chef’s 3 Course Prix Fixe Menu with the arugula salad, salmon, mashed potatoes, carrots, mango pico de gallo, corn on the cob, and a flourless chocolate torte all gluten free. It was so delicious. I definitely recommend Cob and Cork.
It’s totally fine for a restaurant to be mid. But it’s not okay to present something as refined, farm-to-table and then deliver something that feels like a shortcut.
We waited close to an hour for food, and while the bartender was kind and clearly doing his best, the kitchen seemed overwhelmed.
The biggest issue was the disconnect between the menu and what was served. The mushroom flatbread (with “fiddlehead, nettle, pistachio pesto”)...

I recently had dinner at Cobb & Cork. What a nice little place on the way to Chuckanut Dr.
We tried several items off the happy hour menu before having dinner. The food was fabulous! Great atmosphere and great service. A huge thank you to our wonderful server “Lauren” she was absolutely exceptional!! The best service ever.
We will definitely go again.
