Great little Mexican place. We had the mariposa which was a breakfast dish with eggs and fresh guacamole. Indoor tables and lots of seating outside in the garden. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and very authentic Mexican inspired food made fresh - from home made tortilla and tamale to crisp salad and marinaded meats.
I enjoyed everything about my experience at this small restaurant, especially the delicious and well presented food.
My Pollo Tacos were crunchy, with chunks of melt in your mouth chicken, shredded cabbage, fresh tomatoes and salty queso all on a soft corn tortilla.
The best chilaquiles I’ve ever had- including while visiting Mexico. Incredible!

Mariposa is my favorite food in Washington. Their tacos are huge and super fresh. The tacos are so huge that the tortillas mostly are decorative because there's too much meat and fresh fruit to pick one up.

Fresh, fresh and friendly describes Mariposa Taqueria. In the little town called Edison you'll find an outpost of fresh flavors that Mexican influenced. Every dish is handmade fresh by three ladies who are very friendly. The hostess will guide you through the menu making suggestions. If you want something fresh with great flavors come here. The habanero carrot hot sauce is the bomb!
