The Old Edison Inn in Edison, Washington, is one of my absolute favorite restaurants! The food is straight up good. They have a full bar with lots of cold beer on tap. They also have a nice outdoor dining area in the back. The fish and chips here are hands down the best I’ve ever had—crispy, fresh, and perfectly cooked. All the food on the menu is really good, from the burgers to the seafood dishes. The staff is always welcoming and attentive, making every visit feel special....
Great place to play shuffleboard. Lamb burger is always bomb. Seems they cut portion sizes a bit but still delicious. Most the waitstaff provide excellent service. Had one that didn't, but other staff made things right and that's what matters.
