July 31st I stoped to get some food they took long we got our food and left. When we got home we were missing an 8 piece chicken nugget order I tried to call 5 times after the 3rd time the phone just sounded disappointed.

Most of the bad reviews here are about wait time and to be sure, my wait time was borderline ridiculous... And yes, my fries were cold and my Whopper tasted weird (I got violently sick about a half hour later), but my big complaint was the filthy dining room... Every single table needed to be wiped down and the floor by the soda machine was sticky and dirty... It definitely had not been cleaned from the night before... I don't ever leave reviews and when I do it's always a good one... I don't like to leave bad reviews because I work in the food industry myself and I know sometimes there are things going on that the customer doesn't realize... But this was extra bad... Just gross...

Was a horrible experience. This burger king is in Bremerton Wa. The food is standard fast food, The employees seem like hostages. The restrooms are locked with a code. As I was leaving i notice a middle aged woman smoking crack behind the restaurant. Not kidding, a woman who appeared to be in her late twenties or early thirties was sitting on curb behind the drive thru lane smoking what I assume was crack.
Slow service and fries were cold. Usually not too bad here but this time not so great.

Service is super slow and the staff is not happy to be at work and you know it. The wait consumes your whole lunch break and you can't make it back to work in time they take so long. So much for fast food.

They served nasty food that was not what I ordered then I couldn't get it replaced because I didn't have the receipt, but I still had the food in the bag. They told me they couldn't help me very rude wouldn't go back

After waiting 15min for cold fries and finding out some food was missed, we returned and asked for hot fries and the food that was missed and lady just rolled her eyes and said so what. Requested a full refund and won't be back. Time to close this Burger King down... service and food used to be great and now it's just all trash. Won't be back and no longer recommend. Go to kitsap way.
