Happy Teriyaki & Sushi offers superior service and delish, freshly made food. The place is always busy but the service never disappoints. The fried gyoza and chicken katsu are delicious, and the California roll is good, despite a bit too much mayo. The spicy teriyaki lacked sweetness but paired well with the fried rice. The food is Americanized Chinese and Japanese, served fast and hot. They even have tofu teriyaki for vegetarians. While parking can be tricky, the overall experience is great and worth another visit.
