Was the only car in line and only ordered 1 whopper. Was made to park and wait for said 1 burger only to have it be stale and cold. The inside looked pretty messed up too. Still ate half of it because it was the last of my money and the only thing I'd eaten today. But pretty sad. Really love burger king but gonna have to stop eating here after this one.

Too slow, staff wasn’t helpful at all. I’m a frequent customer and the wait is always ridiculous. Ordered a milkshake and was given an ice cream with oreo on top. Asked for a return and tossed my card upon returning. Tonight I made app order so it’ll be quicker. Still ridiculously long wait for 2 whopper and fries. I received this fries and ask if this portion is the norm and Heather said yes. I insisted I’ve never gotten this little and she insisted that’s the amount of fries they’re serving. BK is Port Orcahrd has an excellent service meanwhile this location needs to hire better staff. 0 stars if I can.

Thought I would treat myself to a tasty lunch today out of nowhere, well that was a mistake. Took forever in drive thru line, then both my items had 4 times (minimum) the amount of sauce that is supposed to be on them. It was disgusting and I didn't finish either item, which is rare because I love Burger King. Won't be back to this location anytime soon, staff is obviously no good currently.

11/11/23: It’s been quite a while since we went to any BK, but I recall that this particular location was a standout. Why? The whopper with cheese was the freshest, tasting like it was just made for us. Onion rings were toasted well. My only critique was a suggestion to not salt the fries so much and to cook them a bit longer to ensure crispness.

Third time in the last two weeks I have waited 10 minutes at the speaker for the person to take my order in the drive-through. No one else in line in front of me and as I left today, no one in the lobby. Today I left before buy anything after waiting more than 15 minutes. Who ever owns this BK might start looking into your staff. It seems they are purposely not taking the order or something. Don’t go unless you want to wait for an unusually long amount of time.
