Charged me $1.99 for a small root beer that was included in the price of my meal. When I brought it up, I was dismissed and told it's a known issue. Corporate was even less helpful, only offering me a coupon for the money they stole from me. By far the worst resolution to an issue I've ever experienced with any company. Do not eat here.
Ordered a chicken star meal for my son and the workers refused to give me a toy with the order. Said they have them but it didn’t come with my order. I literally only ordered the kids meal. The dine in area is always closed even though they have hours posted but I assume they just don’t want people in there making their job “difficult” terrible location, terrible service. I was also told they couldn’t print receipts so I didn’t get one of those either, totally laughable....read full review
