About CHAR Kitchen

CHAR Kitchen is a newer restaurant in Bremerton with a great view overlooking the marina. The atmosphere is upbeat and beautiful, though it can be a bit noisy inside. The menu is inventive and upscale, with food that is delicious and very well presented, often compared favorably to high-end restaurants in Seattle. Service is prompt, fun, and friendly, with staff described as kind, welcoming, and helpful. The manager has also been known to come out and introduce herself. Prices are fair and offer great value, though not cheap.

Specific meals mentioned include the smoked prime rib, which was amazing, and the shrimp Alfredo. The B town burger with pickled fries was fantastic. Other standout dishes include the Filet, Sea Bass, and the 2nd Street Dip. The Wine N Brine Garlic Inferno Wings are wonderfully garlicky and savory. The Elote Corn Ribs are a super fun vegan option. Entrees like the Creole Salmon Cobb and King Salmon Aglio E Olio are massive and awesome. The Bourbon Cherry Sticky Ribs are outstanding and tender. For desserts, the banana cheesecake and the Cold N Caramel Banana Cheesecake are highly recommended. The Bruleed Bread Pudding and Oreo Beignets are also exceptional. CHAR Kitchen is a must-try for an excellent meal.
