“Employees were friendly and helpful, very polite when I told them my soda was overflowing from the lid they helped me clean off the overflow. The food was great. The convenience of the drive thur window was nice. The price was right.“

“Really good food. Wish you still did primary walk-in customer service instead of an impersonal kiosk order station. With the kiosk, you should still receive a paper receipt. I can't stand not receiving an actual paper copy. I'm so glad I'm no longer in food service.

“The Krispy Krunchy Chicken "store" within the convenience store served hot steamy chicken pieces. And true to its name the breading was crunchy. The breading and chicken were well seasoned with signs that the marinade had penetrated well into the meat. The seasoning is actually quite mild. I had hoped for a lot more heat, but it was still very tasty.The individual pieces were good sized. Considerably larger than KFC for instance.There is no seating inside but the station has picnic tables outside next to the building.“

“I have eaten there once, and Mobile ordered twice. Great chicken! Usually a good experience. Although, my last mobile order took 45 mins. 2 days before Christmas. It was busy, and they seemed understaffed. I checked in at the counter. Waited a bit as others came in and picked up their orders. Mine was Dave 93. They called for 98. I went back to the counter to check in mine, and they said they had to make more chicken, which would take 15 mins. I waited and watched as the kid at the counter was fumbling through receipts. He tossed a few. They called 2 more orders by name, so I couldn't tell if they were before mine. The kid disappeared, and another gentleman was prepping orders. Now there are 6 people waiting. One guy had a box of chicken he was returning. No one acknowledged the waiting customers. I went back up and asked about my order. They had to make more chicken! I was livid! He asked if he could get me something. I said no, just my food.
Then I get home to find no Canjun fries and another thigh instead of a breast. I get they were busy and short-handed, but that was the final straw. I went online and complained. Talking to the AI Chat was another bad experience, but ultimately, I received a $10 credit.“
