I went to the KFC in Silverdale on Sunday Dec. 24, 2023 around 3:00 pm, to pick up a HUGE online order. I was having a very busy and hectic day when I pulled up to the drive through speaker. I was greeted by a very happy and cheerful lady who seemed to be filled with joy. Just hearing her happy voice made me feel better. When I pulled up to the window, I told her I would park in front of the store and walk in to get my six bags of food. I told her I had no problem making two trips...read full review
food is fine lady at window was insanely rude and wouldn’t let us get a four piece even though it’s on the menu just kept saying “3 or 6” such a weird interaction like what even was

Small portions, very little spice flavor on the chicken and unhelpful lazy cashier. Another guest came to counter with a chicken sandwich opened up, with a blob of mayo dead center of the patty. She asked if the mayo could be spread out, cashier responded, that how it is and walked away. He could have offered a plastic knife or spoon, but no.
