Had an issue with an Uber order and had to go up there to pick up half of our order. The folks there redid the whole meal and made sure we were set to go. Phenomenal customer service.

Ordered original but got one piece original and 7 rather dry crispy when we opened it at home. First bad experience at this kfc.
The order is correct about 50% of the time. And what's with the size of the chicken now. I had drummers that looked like they came from a pheasant.
