I want to give a shout out to the new crew at Jack in the Box - Silverdale. We come in every week and order the same thing. We are now known by the crew... Tonight we had been to McDonald's to get the childs happy meal...(no toy at Jack in the box) They messed up her plain cheese burger and was crying and yelling in the car. The place was BUSY!!! Today went through the drive through already going through it and had this older bald (sorry) guy be so nice to me, didn’t explain my order right and he understood right way and as I was done ordering noticed I forgot my wallet and used the bills and coins I had left over in the car 😅, he didn’t even complain once and already had my spicy sauce in the bag without me having to ask for my tacos ! Every time I've been Angie has helped me out and been very patient with my large orders (carpool)
They only messed up once by taking a bit too long but went above and beyond by comping the order without us asking, and apologized for the wait
