We eat here regularly. And this is the only bad experience out of many. Grace given for having a bad day. The server got my order wrong and it had to be redone. My husband finished his meal before they finally brought mine. 3 people were involved in getting it fixed. what made me most mad was the fact that 3 other tables got their food and drinks before mine came. I asked for bbq sauce and it was forgotten by 3 people. I had to ask for a to go box as I was no longer going to eat...read full review
Shout out to our server TT !!! Great customer service!! And very polite !!! Always checking up on not just our table but other tables ... making sure we were good and seeing if we needed more drink refills... for my first time to the silverdale restaurant 10 OUT OF 10 !!!
We took a large group of girls and the service was so amazing! They were fast with our order and bringing it out. The girls all loved their food and left with a full belly!
