Went thru drive up...ordered fan fav ...i didnt see or it wasnt there....they were out...no mozzarella sticks...the rest of menu said nothing about that...i commented that they should have it posted and the manager should know that......after i got to window and got order a gal came thrusting out of the window at me shoving her phone literally in my face apparently showing that there was a sign....well whether i missed it or not.....the one over fish products was almost unreadable....thats NOT how you deal with a customer. It was the managerDo not go there!!

It always looks closed every time I ride by it. I don’t know if it’s cause of the windows or not but I can’t tell if you guys are open or closed from the outside just on the road or sidewalk across the street from the restaurant

Just went through the drive thru and was "greeted" - if you could even call it that - by the TEAM LEAD for the SILVERDALE Jack in the Box, name tag reading Mandy. Not only was she short with us but she also displayed an unhealthy and honestly appalling attitude to us as she took our order. Rather than allow us to tell her our order, she interrupted us as mid-way to confirm information she would have gotten had she just been a little more patient.We are not Chatty Cathy's! Our intention was to order quickly and get on with our day, but apparently, to Mandy, even taking more than 5 seconds to ask for a number 4 is too much.I would never even normally leave a review but it was such an event that it had actually taken me aback. Very disappointing this is who represents the establishment and company. Food was okay but I doubt I'll return to this establishment since it'd be a real day-ruiner to run into such unprofessional and rude behavior again. Ruined appetite, as well.

Workers were so swamped in both drive thru and inside. Then the computer went down and could only accept cash. They managed to work thru it like Champs. Kept their cool and were very polite.Food was very good, no mistakes either.

I don't leave reviews too often, but I have to give a shout out to the crew in Silverdale. They were running on only 3 crew members today (12/26/23) and were really busy, so it was a little bit of a wait to order but let me tell you, those girls were working their butts off! And not one of those girls complained or were rude. They just kept going and whipped out the orders! Those 3 girls need raises! Thank you ladies I appreciate your hard work!

Trapped in the drive through line at the order screen for 20 mins with no one taking our order and only one car ahead of us. Had to ask the car to scoot forward and we drove up onto a curb onto the grass to get around and out of there. Don't be open on Thanksgiving, or in general, if you don’t have the staff. Likely going to now miss the only ferry left for the day.

Waited over 15 minutes in the drive through for themto forget our fries for our $35 meal. When my husband went back to go get them they made him run back to the car for the receipt. Then the receipt wasn't good enough and she had to see the bag--to inspect it to make sure he wasn't lying about the fries I guess. Absolutely outrageous. Who would lie about not getting their French fries at 9:45 pm? Yeah we really wanted to spend more time on this long drive home talking to a dim witted drive through cashier. Save your $ and go get better quality food at your local arco.
