We ordered a family meal on the KFC app and opted to pick it up inside. It was around 5pm at the dinner rush on a weekday. Our order wasn't actually ready, even though the app said it was. But the staff was nice, appoligetic, and said the order was delayed as they were making more biscuits, which would take another 10 minutes. Just know if you're ordering for pick up at a peak time, there might be a longer wait than the app says. Otherwise the food was good and they got everything in our order correct. Give it a 4 out of 5 experience.
Kfc is my happy place every time i eat here its delicious especially the mashed potatoes and gravy the gravy is so good but this location is amazing they are always nice i don’t think i’ve ever had a bad experience here and every kfc i go to aswell is a great restaurant.
I had the bowl..... wonderful. The bathroom was clean. Service especially impressive. Staff was short handed but efficient and friendly. Very good experience.

KFC is the place for me. The food and the people here are all really good and friendly.
Small portions, very little spice flavor on the chicken and unhelpful lazy cashier. Another guest came to counter with a chicken sandwich opened up, with a blob of mayo dead center of the patty. She asked if the mayo could be spread out, cashier responded, that how it is and walked away. He could have offered a plastic knife or spoon, but no.

I went to the KFC in Silverdale on Sunday Dec. 24, 2023 around 3:00 pm, to pick up a HUGE online order. I was having a very busy and hectic day when I pulled up to the drive through speaker. I was greeted by a very happy and cheerful lady who seemed to be filled with joy. Just hearing her happy voice made me feel better. When I pulled up to the window, I told her I would park in front of the store and walk in to get my six bags of food. I told her I had no problem making two trips to my car, since there were so many bags. Before I could even get out of my car, she came running out with both arms and hands full of my order bags! She put them into my car trunk and was very happy and cheerful the whole time. I thanked her and after she went back inside, I started to check my order, since it was so big. It took me a few minutes to check everything and I was almost done, when the nice lady came out to check on me. She seemed genuinely concerned and wanted to know if everything was OK. I was so happy to receive such outstanding customer service from this person! I deeply regret that I didn't even think to get her name... But I hope her supervisor or manager reads this review and is able to figure out who she is and recognize her for doing such a great job! Thank you!
