Very cute and chic little wine bar in the downtown area. Food is “light bites” but very delicious! Wide variety of wines and some ciders as well. The place is cozy and the staff is kind. The wine selection is good but not extensive. Honestly the food falls short. It’s on the more expensive end for the area and a lot of the baked cheeses, cakes, etc taste like they are made from a premade freezer section. I think they could do better. Maybe some simple baked toasts or maybe nicer quality premade goods if they don’t have kitchen facilities.

Tipsy Blackbird is one of my very favorite spots in downtown Bremerton. It's perfect for date night - cozy, intimate, and inviting.
