I absolutely love this place. I can't afford to eat out much, but when I do, this is one of my favorite places to go. I've honestly never had a bad meal here, and the staff is always super nice and friendly. I don't often do reviews, but this place Horse & Cow has earned every star I've given them.

Went in for 1 beer, which I intended to drink out front with a smoke. Wasn't allowed to order a drink from the bar bc I HAD to order from the server out front. I get what the bartender was trying to do.....not take tip money from the server out front. I ended up leaving, so nobody got a tip and the business not only lost a sale, but I doubt I will ever go back. Plenty of other bars within walking distance.

Horse & Cow is a go to spot for the Bremerton area! They have amazing wings and even better one of a kind sauces like their original hot or stinging honey garlic. It's always a great time inside Horse & Cow and the staff are always very attentive and friendly.

This was the second time I’ve been here and compared to the first experience it was a huge let down. Food options were very limited (they ran out of items) it was 5 pm….. The staff had to be tracked down for issues and refills ( 3 ) tables of consumers and (5) staff members on site there was no reason to have to leave my table to get a drink refill.
I need a place like this in Dallas. My family enjoy a great meal . Simple good testing American food with a warm fun and great atmosphere. The vibe of military appreciation and memorabilia of submarine is interesting. Have a great time .

I've been going here for years. Can't go wrong with a burger or wings. Love the beer selection. Staff had Anaya been great when I've gone. The appetizers, especially the cheese sticks, have never disappointed me. I do miss the old location in Chico with the dancing, DJ, and events like pumpkin bowling. Craving some bar food, go here.
