I didn't go to the store, but I ordered online on doordash. The food was very fresh and the ingredient portions were amazing. The flavor was really great and I 100% recommend and will be eating from here again. Oh BTW the delivery was very fast and the delivery driver was very kind too!

I ordered the Spicy Italian with the intentions of having jalapenos and other peppers for the spice and they were not included on my sandwich. This is the 3rd time this has happened at this location. The 1st time was understandable because I asked for no veggies. The second time I said no veggies but the peppers are fine. Today I said just no lettuce tomato or onion. Every time I got the same order of just meat and cheese.

I really like the way they make there Sub sandwiches.
Jimmy John's! Sandwiches were excellent. My wife ordered online and I walked in and picked them up! The lady was polite and the place was clean. I would have given them 5 stars but it was hell finding a parking spot and I had to walk a block.

Good food I recommend the #10, add Bacon. I work at the Bremerton one so this may be unfair put the sandwich is still delicious. Add jalapeno ranch to that sandwich too.

I cancelled an order over the phone moments after accidentally placing it at the wrong location through the app. This was almost a month ago and was assured they would cancel it. They charged me 8 hours later and I did not pick up or receive the sandwiches. For the past month I’ve tried working with Jimmy John’s customer service who told me they would have the owner of this franchise reach out directly within 24 hours. This has not happened and now corporate stopped replying to my emails so I have to resort to disputing through my credit card company. Very annoying and will never buy sandwiches here again.
