We tried the Brazilian cheese bread. It was delicious! It is gluten free and made with tapioca flour. The bakery was aromatic with the smells of fresh bread. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the products sold and the Owner and Chef Paul greeted us with a warm welcome. If you have the chance, stop by and try it.
I will never buy mass-produced bread again! I go to Los Encantos weekly and love trying something new each week. The owner is friendly and the prices are very reasonable. So glad I discovered this gem of a bakery, and I love supporting a local business!
Paul and his team are welcoming and provide great customer service. My favorites...Dave's Insane Loaf, Bolillos rolls, Bolos Levedos, Na'an, Ciabatta, and of course, the best scones. There's no other bakey in the area that provides such a diverse selection of consistently delicious freshly baked breads.
