Been going to Mum's for years for classic Filipino food. My Lola always called and they always knew her, her order and our family. The family who runs this restaurant are so kind and lovely people. Love this restaurant, will always have a place in my heart. Absolutely recommend, great place for dine in or take out, portions are large.

Kare Kare wayyy overpriced! Only 2 pieces of oxtail, overwhelming amount of eggplant filling most of the container, and no tripe, for $23!! Pepas Lumpia has way more meat for much cheaper price!

Best Filipino in Kitsap! Skip past all the American items and order the good stuff. My favorites are the sisig, pork sinigang, and fried pompano, but I've never been disappointed by anything! The halo halo is an extra special treat I haven't found anywhere else, and sometimes I'll go just for that when I have a craving. Best in summer when fresh fruit is in season, but it's still good with preserved! Love the turon and bico too.
