I have loved Pizza Hut for many years and was so sad to see the indoor seating go...but now I've visited the new sit down PHs i see they've ruined...no salad bar...no 1 or 2 video games in corner to keep kids busy til the delicious hot bread sticks come...instead of the good old hot sauce to dip the sticks in you get an ice cold sauce in a tiny cup with lid on it...like to go...no more cups with ice with a free refill just a 20oz bottle..it doesn't say come in..Welcome..We want...read full review
We accidentally ordered two pepperoni and they still fixed it and gave us what we meant to order. Great customer service!
Each time I order from this location, something is wrong. I'm beyond the point of asking for a refund. I don't understand how I can consistently order a product and receive essentially a guess every time. I've never had this experience from other pizza huts. I'm to the point I'll just order from the other local store, knowing that even if it's a mess up, it'd likely not as bad as this place
