Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Interior is disgusting. Along the walls and floors of lobby are lined with grime and dirt. Got a glimpse behind the counter while they took my order and it was equally as disgusting. Bathrooms weren’t very clean either. If they leave the lobby this disgusting I can’t imagine what the back looks like. Staff were fine and our food didn’t take long. I won’t come back.

The Popeyes on Wheaton Way in Bremerton is THE destination for Fresh, HOT, JUICY chicken. Perfectly coked. Service is excellent. Bev, the manager operates this restaurant as if it were her own.

My chicken sandwich prepared by Kaleah is the best chicken sandwich of my life. & I’m 65!!! It was tender, juicy & hot!
Ty rang me up & was very pleasant & friendly.

Great chicken sandwich

Fries are uncooked and they won’t replace it. Staff could use some customer service classes. Doesn’t expect excellent but please hire someone with at least average communication skills. Order mistake and trying to correct it and the machine not working is not the customer’s fault.

The place has really cleaned up since my last visit during opening year over five years ago. Chicken was crispy tender and flavorful. Service not bad for Christmas Eve afternoon at 2pm. All call in and online orders took precedence over walk-in customers. The staff was friendly and acknowledged me as soon as possible.

never listen to orders correctly always something wrong, one of the worst ran Popeyes and ive been going to popeyes since before it was even in the northwest

Went through drive thru. Freddys box. Got home and only had 3 cheese curds and 2 strips. Meal has 10 and 3. Called for help. Got refused.

For starters, worst location I’ve ever seen in my life. Nearly died trying to leave their parking lot. Secondly, the chicken is really hit or miss, sometimes it’s perfect, and sometimes it tastes like deep fried roadkill. And last of all, the service is absolutely horrible. The past few times I’ve gone I’ve been missing half of my order. Getting tired of reporting fraud behavior.

I did drive through. I was initially to pickup inside. I went in waited approx 5 minutes and was told the lobby was closed and I had to go through the drive thru for my online order. It was paid, all they had to do is make it and hand it to me.
