Place has gone downhill... the chicken sandwiches aren't crispy, breading falls off... missing items and they don't help when you call .... thumbs down bremerton ..it used to be really good here,,,,, it's been bad more then a year now and after today I give up

THEY WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS SOON! Mark my words!! Almost every time I order on DoorDash, they forget my sauces!!!! Not everyone has ranch in the fridge at home! Just tonight decided to go to the store after getting an order DoorDash to my apartment with NOT A SINGLE SAUCE!! I was met with a rude, overweight, female employee. The food cost too much for this type of service! Can’t a girl just enjoy her DoorDash order? Adding myself to the list of family members who refuse to order from this store. And any time I go thru the drive thru no matter the time of day, they always take forever! Are yall constantly understaffed??? Or is it bc yall don’t get customers anymore and have to save on labor costs? Just close the store down at this point.

$24 for 5 piece blackened tender meal. Requested new frozen lemonade, not available unless I waited 20 minutes. Order literally contained 11 fries, and not even hot fries. Waited 13 minutes for the fresh tenders; that’s okay, but you gave me old fries enough for an infant?., you shoved everything in my meal in a small box and called it a day. Why is this the only location that does not serve the fries in a separate container like the other Popeyes where you give your customer who spent $24 on one meal their money worth . If I could attach a photo I would.

They take for freaking ever to complete an order. Waited over 20 min and walked out!!! No one communicating with customers! Awful experience!!!

Haven’t been to Popeyes in years stop by for a little lunch today, and I was told that there was no breast made, and the chicken that I ordered were cold and the fries. I don’t think I’ll be going back and also when I asked the lady at this location on Wheaton Way in Bremerton for some chicken breast she goes. Oh we haven’t prepared anything yet and didn’t even offer. Hey you can wait for 10 minutes. I’m not going back to this location again. Very disappointed in the customer service at the store and no manners whatsoever when you walk inside the store

I love Popeyes chicken sandwiches. I've tried to use the app to order and pick up. The app gives false times and information. The last time I went in the kid at the counter was clearly bothered by my patronage. He all but rolled his eyes and huffed. I wanted to use points for an item but he said he didn't know how to redeem them. We asked if anyone else there knew. He said no, no one there uses the app. The entire interaction got under his skin and he let me know it. The manager got involved and she was bothered too. All that to say that is why I tried to use the app, because it's such a busy store, thought I was helping. The people that work there are clearly overworked, maybe underpaid and VERY unhappy. The only way I can help is to NOT give them my business any longer. I refuse to give my $ to be treated so poorly. I reported it both times to corporate, got the same message that someone will get back to me. No one ever does. Such a shame, because I really like their food.

every time i go the food is hot and the staff is friendly (as much as can be expected for fast food lol) definitely worth the stop

This has to be some sort of sick joke. You want more than minimum wage and treat people's food like this?!

The top layer of rice on the red beans and rice was dry and crunchy! And despite asking for boneless wings and getting bone-in, they weren't much better. The crunchy wing coating was dark, hard, and old tasting. I was too far away when I opened the bag, or I would have returned everything!!!

Overrated and overpriced.. that's a bad combination

I came through the drive thru && ordered a simple large Mac && Cheese to only get all the way home && there’s something right on the top. And to make matters worse it’s black && looks like a piece of a hair clip. My ONLY question is how did you manage not see that when putting the top on the container. I’d post the pictures, but I don’t know how to attach them to my review. Then the customer service is absolutely terrible. This is will DEFINITELY be my last time ordering from here. DO BETTER

Smoking in front of diner, absolutely disgusting, children and families are in and out of the lobby at all hours of the day, and they have no smoking designation anywhere ?? Ridiculous and unsanitary, smoke could be going into the building, there are asmathic people who can't be around that kind of stuff or even walk into a god damn store without have an asthma attack because of the scents amd fragrances. Do better Popeyes.
