First time I've been to Remedy, kind of disappointed.
Got the Ribeye which happened to be on sale. When I got it, it didn't have a sear on it (it looked like it was boiled) and over half the steak was fat which is okay if it's even caramelized a little. I just ate it cause we had a movie to catch and didn't have time to ask about fixing it. The potatoes were good just needed a bit of salt and the broccoli was overcooked.
Drinks were alright.
Waitstaff didn't ask to get us another drink until we asked for the check.
Atmosphere was lovely though!

This is not a traditional speakeasy.
Ordered a dirty martini and did not get any olives.🫒I saw them on the bar… just never got any. The bartender was a nice gentleman. The food was actually pretty decent. The Atmosphere was meh, I was excited for a good speakeasy.

This place is great, if you disregard the price tag. Poutine is $15 and $15 for mac and cheese? While they do offer a great selection of spirits, the price tag makes me RARELY visit here. For a hole in the wall I shouldn't be paying Seattle prices. Otherwise, great service, great bartenders, great food. No reason for food to be that expensive. With tariffs alcohol is understandable to have a higher price. This just amounts to owner greed.

Food was great, service felt a bit rushed due to shift change. Great atmosphere.

Yoooo, coming into speakeasy it has a nice calm and welcoming environment. Customer service was outstanding nothing took its time and there was a good amount of people in the pub for its size. Recommendation from waitress was not off she was very helpful picking the meal and cocktail. I ordered the salmon cakes and Rosemary Rush cocktail. Salmon cake and veggies was good, a little too much of the starch that was used I would’ve like a more taste of the salmon but over all still good 😊. Highly recommend the Rosemary Rush cocktail just going to leave it at that; but to each its own tho. Recommend this place to anyone

It was pretty quiet when we went in there on a Tuesday at 4 PM, which is actually a plus for me. Most places, when you sit down to have a drink, you have to contend with loud music, and clinking dishes. This was a great place to have a conversation. The drink order I placed was a call: a gin martini with a lemon twist. A simple drink, but hardly ever made well in most places that I go. I’ve actually been to distilleries that make gin, but make lousy martinis. When I saw the bartender pull the vermouth out of the refrigerator, I was interested. When she grabbed the Beefeater instead of a plastic well bottle, I was intrigued. When she asked if I wanted a lemon twist or olive for garnish, I was excited. When she stirred it, instead of shaking it, I was ecstatic. It was the best martini I’ve had outside my own home, bar none. Cold, crisp, and not overly diluted.I followed that with a rye Manhattan that was also on the money. Their house drinks looked good, and they also have some premium cocktails for a little more. But I have a suspicion that the bartender is skilled enough to handle most call out drinks that you might throw at her.

For food, they have a lot of entrees in the $20-30 range. They also have a Tuesday night steak special, a ball tip sirloin with fries for $13. For a couple bucks you can get your favorite adds. Steaks were done perfectly and were better than you expect from a $13 steak. All of their nightly specials sounded interesting, and were very well priced.

My only complaint is that they are too far away. About an hour from my house, and 30 minutes from my son’s house (who I met there). In spite of the drive, I’ll be back.

Parking: The parking isn’t bad. There is a paid lot across the street, or you might be lucky enough to nab some street side 2 hour parking for free.

In quick succession, this little spot provided us with
1. A krampus-themed cocktail (for the Krampusnacht celebration going on outside),
2. Some really nice pork belly
3. Some genuinely delightful meatloaf. I never see meatloaf, and it's a shame, because this stuff was delicious. It's a fun spot with solid service and quite nice food and cocktails with fun names (and some high level Bourbon options from what I could see) that does all sorts of quirky events, judging by the display behind the bar. What more do you want?

Easily the best burger I've had in a very long time! Atmostphere was cute, staff was nice, and food was great.
We had a small mixup with our order, but they were very nice about it and made it correct

OH and AWESOME mocktails. I appreciate that they have that option, as not many places I find do.
