I've been here multiple times and the staff is always very friendly and the wait is never too long despite the line at times. The ice cream is always on point and I love the variety of flavors they always seem to have. Best place around that I've found in Bremerton. The Bremerton blue flavor reminds me of my superman from back home just a tiny bit. Thank you!
The ice cream is amazing I recommend their ice cream but the customer service could be better such as them being polite and mannered. Along with their setup it could be better for a few customers that had never been here no one could tell where the line began and ended there should be a sign.
The employee was so friendly, patient, and made my shake and panini sandwich with quality. All the ingredients in the ham and swiss were top notch, making it taste amazing.
The entire place could use a deep clean, but I suppose they encounter lots of customers and don’t have the staffing nor time to do that frequently.
All in all, I think this is a great shop with a very large variety of not only ice cream flavors and toppings, but...
