I don't know what the hell is wrong with this particular Starbucks but they consistently and regularly forget to add the flavor when I order a vanilla latte. This is the only one that i have had a problem with. The sticker proves that you heard me properly but you could not follow the one easy step of adding vanilla to the drink.
I've been driving through this Starbucks for awhile now about every morning on my way to work and the last month or so my orders are rarely what I ask for... whatever has changed lately needs to be corrected or I won't be the only Angry customer � the staff are sweet but consistency is huge and there's a huge lack of it!
This is a fantastic store with fantastic customer service! The staff are friendly and efficient with excellent management. A wonderful store to brighten up our area!
