I love the friendly service. Nothing wrong with staff's attitudes, thankfully🫶🏻. I've just been ordering a ton of hot chocolates lately because that's my biggest craving being pregnant. And I would like to not be cheated out of the amount in paying for. I usually get kids size but I wanted a bit more this time but I still got a kids serving size just in a bigger cup.. Things are already expensive as it is and adding anything extra or jumping to a different...
Typical Starbucks but I don't get why they are always behind or short-staffed or ? Just very slow!
And they also seemed challenged to make a proper Cappuccino. Every time I get one here, it turns out more like a Latte than a Cappuccino. And I have had a lot of Starbucks Cappuccinos at other stores. I know they can do better!
