We had been exploring the Seattle area for a week, in desperate search of the famously good coffee. I had a few nice cups of Joe, but none came close to what I experienced at Vim and Vigor after stumbling across this place on a walk. The drip coffee was one of the most delicious, balanced cups of coffee I’ve ever had. Great job!
It was our first time in (visiting from Portland area) and we’re so glad we came here! My husband and I both ordered an iced coffee, which was smooth and balanced. Naturally sweet, and not too bitter or acidic. We prefer light roast, and their Olympia coffee roast was great! Their vanilla cold foam was also yummy :)

Discovered this place about a month ago, it's been open for about a year. I love that they have several non-sweet pastries - bacon/parmesian biscuits, savory scones. We always go for dirty chais and theirs is perfect - a little less sweet than most and much more flavor. It's a gem. Haven't had any meals there but the simple options look good.
Staff is super friendly, good ambiance, clean, interesting paintings and decor.
