Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Just ate at the Pendleton SC location. Food was horrible and smelled musky inside the restaurant. Lost my business.

Palmer Dairy Queen has horrible food and the new employees there are very unprofessional. and when they should be helping customers when it’s busy, they’re outside flinging frisbees..

Cashier rude!!!!!!! We ordered food and she hadn’t cleaned table so I cleaned it so me and my nieces could sit down.she brought food and one ice cream cone when it was to be two and bring after we ate. Didn’t give us are cups had to go ask for them. She didn’t care how bad her attitude was and I don’t think she cared. Will never go back to Dairy Queen at Cleveland Ave SW canton Ohio.

Placed a mobile order for $42. Store claimed to never got it and refused to give me my food or refund my money. Manager basically said it was my problem and was no help in getting this issue resolved. Been trying to get ahold of someone higher than the store manager to get my money back and it's been a fight. Will never be back to a Dairy Queen again. Plenty of other places that have better food and are willing to work with you to make problems right. Beyond frustrated.

I was under the impression you could meet the Queen at this establishment, but apparently I am a, "moron," as one of the employees stated. We argued for a moment and I challenged him to a medieval duel. He declined and asked me to leave. I threw an awesome crane kick karate combo just to see the look in his eyes. I love the blizzards, but the service could be better when dealing with royalty

I love the biscuts and gravy and the chicken strips baskets! my kids however love the treats! We will continue to keep coming for blizzards as a treat!!

I don't know what the in store service is like, but avoid the drive-thru at all cost. They must hire the slowest and laziest employees. You will spend 5+ minutes in the drive-thru line for each car in front of you. The DQ in Battle Ground has much better service.

Food is hit or miss. Service is either great or awful. They often forget stuff even after confirming the order several times. They fill the ranch cups less than half way and then tip the cup around to make it look like theres more. They also gave us water instead of starry. Make sure to check your food before you drive home.

Camille killed it! First, she let me order before the other drive thru member since I was first(important yet minor step). Second, she handed me my blizzard to enjoy before heading to the other window to wait on my food. Third, she handed me my food with a smile and great service. The food was fresh and as advertised (shout out the cooks behind the scenes). Solid DQ experience!

Sioux City, IA Riverside location. almost positive, but the GM was the one that took my order and drive. we could probably 15 minutes for me to get home and realize that my fries are like they've been sitting in Fry basket and they just dropped him to warm up real quick.. ordered a small caramel sunday, had a backup in the drive just to get that. didn't get a receipt so I can't even actually call and complain.. WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. LOL. from the looks of it, reading the reviews from other places the dairy Queen seems to be going downhill.

worst food ever I only live 5 minutes away my food should of not been cold and rubbery in that short amount of time. even the burger want even hot.but what do you expect out of a microwave burger. can't even cook yiur burgers anymore .no wonder your always dead never any cars there. might want to rethink your cooking style. I'm going to tell everyone I know your burgers are microwaved and not actually grilled on a grill like you advertised

The manager to this dairy queen is very rude and was even rude to her employees i could hear her yelling loudly at the other employees cussing at them as i walked out , something should deffintly be done about this
