Vanessa, the girl who served us was just lovely, and very accommodating... everyone there was great!! the food was delicious and fresh, and the peanut buster parfait was amazing!!! The entire time there at the restaurant was A+++ šŸ’–šŸ’–šŸ’–

Beware if you order via the app, this place will steal your money. I placed an order on the app, my account was charged, I even received a confirmation email about my order. When I get to the window, I’m told they didn’t receive my order. I show them the confirmation email and my bank account where the money had been removed. They say there is nothing they can do.

I contacted DQ through their app and all I get is a cut and paste response of ā€œsorry about your experience, this matter has been fixed, hope you give us another chance.ā€ NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED! They took my money and I never received any food.

Stop to have cup of coffee with meal. DQ don't sell coffee (stupid). Had to have a dementia drink instead (pop). Female waitress asked if I was picking up double cheese burger. No one had even taken my order. Lost a customer only because of no coffee.

Service is always super slow, and the food usually is cold. I’ve gone there a few times because it’s close to my work hoping it was just a one off thing but every time I go I find myself disappointed in my choice. I’ve tried calling to speak to someone about these issues and they never answer the phone or help make things right. After this happening a few times now I’ve learned my lesson and will not be going back. I will go out of my way to drive across town to the fourth plain location. Also the fourth plain location has better prices and way quicker.

This was the worst experience ever at a Dairy Queen! I was there around 5:20pm and the bathroom was "not working" my blizzard was runny and could not sit inside and the table outside almost fell over!! Caleb the employee was rude and could see my husband is disabled! He has cerebral palsy, and it is obvious when we walked in to order! The tables inside were stacked against the wall with caution tape. The table outside almost fell over when I put my food on it! They made the Blizzard before the chili dog and stuck it in a little fridge behind the counter, so when I went to eat it was runny! I usually go to the Dairy Queen in Montclair CA, but I wanted to try another location, so we even drove further from our home in Ontario, CA The inside tables are inaccessible because they don't want to clean up or do any extra work, same as the bathroom?! That is a definite ADA violation to not allow disabled person to use the bathroom! John the Franchisee called us after he complained to DQI and he threatened my husband Rick with legal action and said he had a fake disability; he never met or saw him! He also told us to file a complaint with the Governor of CA and Rick also filed one with the BBB! JOHN IS A HORRIBLE MAN!

There ice cream šŸ¦šŸØ is off the chain. And the barbecue wings are good too.

It is baffling to me how it takes so long to order and get food here. I arrived on what seemed like a really slow Sunday, one person in the drive thru in front of me and no cars in the parking lot. It literally took 10 minutes for the girl to take my order (she said ā€œone moment pleaseā€ when I pulled up, and complete silence for ten minutes). Then an additional 20 minutes to pay and get my food (one chicken finger basket). I also asked for an extra sauce and didn’t even get it. What on earth is going on with this location???

I really don’t know what’s wrong with this Dairy Queen every time my family and I go inside the lobby they take 30mins to give our food today we waited in the drive through 15mins to take our order I gave up and went inside with my kids and there go 30mins again to give our food there’s no communication with the employees poor girl in the drive though saw the huge line and got all stress, I worked in fast food as shift leader and this never happens to our team feel disappointed

So although the staff and the restaurant have their own issues, the PUMKIN PIE BLIZZARD is the best treat ever. I make it a point to come every year for this one.

Absolutely lifeless on the job, no rush or hurry to get customers food. They do not care if you have somewhere to be, they'll take their jolly time making your food and make you wait 20 minutes for 1 fry. Would never come inside the store again. Also my burger was dry barely any sauce

Went today during lunch time and it took 20 minutes for a simple order. They didn’t look friendly at all. Maybe they’re not very happy there. Somebody has to do a better training and supervisory job!
