“Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). While I waited for the cake (very quick) to be personalized, I observed great and efficient service for each customer in line. Great store!! Until next time.”

“I met a friend for dinner at the Pita House this evening and we had a GREAT experience! The owner/ staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and went over and above to ensure we had a great meal (an 11/ 10 for sure!!) The food was plentiful and delicious. I had the Pita House Special with chicken, and it was oh so good!!!! We even received a complimentary piece of baklava! “I stopped into Sool Korean Kitchen in Hazel Dell with two friends for lunch, and we had an excellent experience. We ordered bibimbap all around—one with beef, and two of us chose the seafood version. Let me tell you, the seafood bibimbap was outstanding! It was incredibly flavorful, with a deep, earthy spice that packed a definite kick without overwhelming the dish (served in blazing hot stone pot).

One of my favorite things is discovering restaurants like this tucked away in what looks like an ordinary strip mall. Sool Korean Kitchen is exactly the kind of hidden gem that surprises you with both the quality of the food and the care put into the experience.

The chef even came out to check on us and ask how everything was. We all agreed that it was an excellent lunch from start to finish. The food was delicious, the service was warm and welcoming, and the overall experience left a great impression.

I will definitely be a repeat customer and look forward to trying more dishes from the menu. Highly recommended!”

I’m flexible so went with sausage and cheese for $8. However, size was rather small for the price and it wasn’t all that different than frozen food quality.

“We met Kelly at the Vancouver Farmers Market a couple of years ago when she was thinking about opening a store. We are SO glad she did! Now we can satisfy our gelato fix anytime! We love all the ways she turns chocolate into something yummy! And her yogurt is the best! Wrinkles The Dog gives Sorridi two paws up, too (he stays outside in the car while Bob and I take turns going inside to pick out our single scoops)!”

“Visiting friends in Portland, they took us here for Breakfast. Loved the ambiance. After a 30-minute wait (we didn't have a reservation), we were finally seated and waited... and waited... and waited, eventually receiving our order after another 45 minutes. Two of three orders were wrong - I had ordered "The standard" - described as "the standard two eggs* with a choice of bacon or Zenner's sausage served with home fries or field greens and choice of toast". Got it with roasted potatoes. The waiter insisted that's how they would always come - but then served extra fries - and, to make up for the wait, comped us with some of the jummy sweet balls they show in their icon image. I found this nice, but also the only appropriate thing to do to save them from a two-star review. Because the server, whom I found uncharmingly stressed at first, really woke up and sped up his game, I would take the experience and try it again when we visit our friends next time. The place itself is very nice, and the food was tasty - and would under other circumstances qualify for four stars or more (if you have read my other reviews, you may remember that I am rather particular with five stars).”

“We were greeted by smiles and left with smiles. They share Oaxacan family recipes in a welcoming, colorful, and lively environment. The menu is familiar to most of us with burritos, tacos, and enchiladas, but the flavors are distinctively special. Not a fan of paying separately for salsa and chips, but it was the opener to flavorful and rich and hot salsas, mole, and spicy red and green enchiladas. Make sure you validate your parking before you leave. We can’t wait to share this gem.”
