Good Food, Great Atmosphere and the serving staff were very friendly and welcoming, I very pleasant dining experience from start to finish.
We celebrated our 42nd Wedding Anniversary today. We have never been here before, but this place has been on our bucket list for a long time. The food was amazing and the service and hospitality were fantastic. I’m sure we will definitely be back.

Salty's on the Columbia River offers expertly prepared entrees with lovely presentation. The staff provides excellent service, with knowledgeable and friendly servers. Guests can enjoy a quiet and secluded dining experience, although there may be occasional off nights with minor issues. Despite these occasional hiccups, Salty's remains a memorable dining option with outstanding waitstaff and delicious food.
The restaurant's location on the Columbia River is incredible, offering beautiful views, especially from tables on the water or next to the window. The atmosphere is amazing, enhancing the overall experience. While the decor and dining rooms could benefit from some upgrades, the classy ambiance and delectable seafood make Salty's a perfect choice for a special occasion dinner or night out. The variety of seafood dishes is impressive, with favorites like cioppino, oysters, and various fresh fish and pasta dishes, such as seafood fettuccine.
Salty's is well-suited for large groups, with ample dining space and a bar area. Reservations and seating are generally not an issue, and parking is readily available. The Sunday brunch is excellent, featuring fresh Dungeness crab, though it may be considered pricey by some. The bar offers a wide selection of tasty cocktails and wines, including an excellent wine selection, though bottles can be expensive. Their selection of hard liquor is above average.
Guests have praised the view and the atmosphere, especially noting the live jazz band on a Friday night, which adds to the special experience. The food is generally good, and desserts are worth checking out, especially for those who are particular about their sweet choices. Special touches like birthday celebrations are also well-handled, with attentive service and thoughtful details like birthday confetti and cards.
Overall, Salty's on the Columbia River provides a memorable dining experience with stunning views, delicious seafood, and outstanding service, making it a recommended destination for those seeking a special night out.
