“So I walk in, grab a rum and coke and witness the best bartender I have ever met. Monty, just pouring drinks and making people laugh. I look over to this white board and there it is. The meal of my dreams. Bacon macaroni on a hot dog. He cooks this up and serves me by far one of the best meals of my life. It’s like when they close, he gets to work prepping food for the next day. If he hadn’t chosen to be a rockstar. He would have been a Michelin star chef.“
