The owner only responds to Posts that give the restaurant kudos. They will not address any type of drug policy as most of their employees are high as a kite if you go in there any time for dinner. At this Burien location they would rather fight you than to give your money back or accept responsibility for mistakes. After 12 hours of driving, my daughter wanted Arbys. We stopped at the Burien, WA location. In the middle of placing our order the girl taking my order walked away to have a conversation with one of her coworkers. Literally walked away & left me standing there talking! After ordering, I handed her my debit card. She swiped it once and it didn't read the card. She said that she needed another form of payment. I asked her to swipe the card a 2nd time, but she refused to do so....read full review
