The food was overpriced and we ordered cheese sticks that we never got. When asked about them, instead of apologizing for forgetting them, the girl at the counter was rude. We asked for a refund and she got annoyed. Even though the remodel is nice, it was cold inside. We used to enjoy going there, but now the staff is rude and the food isn't any better.

I had problems with an Uber driver not delivering my food and Uber still charged me. Amanda at Round Table went above and beyond service by contacting Uber and getting me a refund. Amanda should be the General Manager.
