I visited the Arby’s drive-thru on October 25th at 8:54 PM, and unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with the cashier, whose name was listed as Alex (if that is her real name). Her behavior was completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
While I was placing my order, she made rude comments about me in Spanish, saying that I didn’t know how to order or what I was doing. I understood every word she said and told her directly not to talk about me like that. Instead of apologizing, she clapped her hands and continued to speak to me in a condescending tone, telling me what I “should have done” when ordering.
I did respond to her behavior and told her she was out of line. I’ve never experienced such immature and disrespectful customer service. While the rest of the staff seemed focused on doing their jobs, she was more concerned with inserting herself into everyone’s business and creating unnecessary tension.
This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had at any Arby’s. I find it surprising that no one has reported this employee before. I hope management addresses this situation and reinforces professionalism and respect among staff.
Good food with fast and friendly service, what more could you ask for

Easy in and out location, good service and freshly made food. Exactly what you'd expect from an Arby's.

Flavor, freshness, tenderness, juiciness ,variety of available of add on sauces, good service make the whole eating experience very enjoyable.
Their other sandwiches are also delicious, and mouth watering.
Like the steak/Cheese Sandwich
Very nice clean spacious place.self serve drink machine with different flavors,
Good friendly customer service, especially from Edgar.
Good reasonable prices. Especially if you take their specials 2 for $7.00
Arby's sandwiches alone are big & filling ,and satisfying, before even sipping on drinks , or eating the side order of fries . Not like other Hamburger places pay high prices, eat & drink their full meal, and still hungery
Arby's is always been a favorite
Burien is fortunate to have Arby's.
Arby's sandwiches are even good enough to take to a company gathering, or eat out. They look good, and they taste really good.
Drive thru is constantly busy.
Parking is available & shared with other businesses, and it is a very busy .
Clean lot with lots of cars moving around in all different directions.

I ordered 2 smokehouse brisket combos and a single roast beef for $47. The lady who took my order sounded annoyed and asked 5x if that would be all when I placed the order at the drive thru and then gave me the wrong change by $10. When I told her that I was given the wrong change she removed her headset and walked away and her manager then came and also gave the the wrong change. I got home to this sandwich. Word of advice: if you are going to provide terrible customer service and charge $47 at a fast food restaurant the least you can do is provide food that resembles what I ordered. The fries were gross too. What a disappointment.

Had a very hard time understanding the cashier. Spoke very quiet. The food was HORRIBLE! The new Steak sandwich was smashed and soggy and fell apart. 3 different style of fries. All were cold and hard.

I came in genuinely curious to try the new Sweet Quarter Pound Brisket Sandwich backed by Cedric the Entertainer. What I got was barely entertaining and certainly not a quarter pound of anything.
Let’s start with the meat—or the lack thereof. “Quarter pound” must be Arby’s new code word for a couple of damp ribbons tossed like trash onto a stale bun. I had a clear view of the guy making it through the open kitchen window—like the Arby’s owner wants you to witness the culinary crime scene firsthand. He slopped the meat on, smashed the bun into it like it owed him money, and just… skipped the pickles. One of THREE ingredients, and still too much to ask.
The final product looked nothing like the ad. Side-by-side with the promo photo, mine looked like a school lunch gave up on itself. Honestly, a frozen cardboard pizza would’ve been a glow-up.
Do better, Arby’s. Cedric didn’t sign on for this mess.

Fast clean
Recommended dishes: Double Roast Beef
The fries were burnt and the other ones were soggy. I ordered a large drink and got a medium. I'm paying $18 for a bad meal I should have gone anywhere else
