Sandwiches have absolutely minimal meat, like a third of what it shows in the menu pictures. Completely false advertising. Staff ignores me when I come in.
It's fast food, but I think it's better than McDonald's.

This was a nightmare of an experience to say the least. We ordered 2 arby's melts. We ended up with 2 classic roast beef sandwiches. Ok, that's not a huge deal, so we got the cheese sauce on the side. Gas station nacho cheese would have been a HUGE improvement. So my husband went back in and said the cheese sauce is a bit past its prime. The kid working says the sauce is fine. This was around 8pm. When asked how old the sauce is, he says 'i dont know.' well, guy, first off you should. And 2nd, how long have you been here??? So my husband tells the kid he ordered an arby's melt and really just wants what he ordered. Kid 2 comes to assist, situation is explained, and we assume resolved. Back in the car, he opens his sandwich and it's a classic roast beef sandwich again. Let me also add, we were the only customers at the time. The restroom was clean though, so they got one star.

Every part of our order was ill executed! The meat on the french dip was dry and hard. The chicken sandwiches were dry & hard with brown lettuce. The double beef & cheddar had all of the cheddar & Arby's sauce slathered on the outside of the bun, to the point where the wrapper ripped just pulling it out of the bag & the bun was soggy & waterlogged. Both the curly & crinkle fries were a weird combination of hard & limp at the same time, obviously they had been sitting a long time before I ordered them. The coke was flat & watery as if the syrup/carbonation balance was way off. Even my receipt was completely illegible, so faded that filling out the survey using the QR code at the bottom was impossible. Our entire meal was so inedible we gave it all to our dogs for dinner. When we tried to call the restaurant to voice our concerns they picked up the phone & immediately hung it up. I've had some bad experiences at this Arby's location in the past but this was by far the worst!

If you are going to hire people that refuse to wait on a white customer (I can only speak for myself) you have a problem. I was totally ignored I ended up just walking out after several minutes since no one even spoke to me they made eye contact and walked away 9/10/2024 @8 p.m.

I ordered smokehouse brisket and this what they gave me. Like if you don't have enough meat to make the sandwich then don't sell them. Mine compared to the pic of what it is is ridiculous. Very disappointed.
