They offer a wonderful variety of In-House cured & flavored to perfection beef jerky, sticks, salmon candy, peppered tritip, sausages, bacon, and more! Deli meat sliced to order, and lovely cheese to go with, they have you covered....
I keep coming back here I love supporting local small business and it’s right by my house but dang, have had more misses than hits. This time it’s a slimey, bone filled, hatchet job of a sockeye salmon filet. I’m sure I’ll be back in a pinch but siiiiigh
Best place for kolbi ribs, no place we’ve tried has a better marinate or product! Also love their Tri Tip, smoked salmon(candy), country bacon, etc. Friendly butchers, employees with lots of tips and humor!
