Have visited many times. Disappointingly, the last two times I've been in, the deli staff didn't put all my selections in the bag, even though it's on their tally sheet. So I ended up paying for things I didn't receive twice now. Recommend double checking all your items made it into the bag before you leave...

Absolutely worth a trip to Burien. With Bavarian Meats in Pike Place Market closing this may be the best -- and possibly only -- German deli in the region.

It has changed much, due to the town becoming a larger one... But the care and ingredients are dear to my heart! Since my first visit w/ my adopted mother Sonya I have always loved the service and the food quality is as authentic as you will find in Washington, moreso than Leavenworth, honestly!

They deserve more motion in Washington, more attention, more or as much as the other major European restaurants in Ballard, etc.

I miss Germany ?? , I miss the ride from the Joint base Lewis Mccord ? and eating a whole meal at one place, with dessert as well...

An incredible place. More German than all of Leavenworth combined. Come here for any German dry good or for wonderful sausages and cheeses. The family that owns this place works here too and they are so kind and charming.

I visit this wonderful deli every few months! The go-to for all things German, the meats are delicious and the staff are helpful and friendly! If you speak German, it's even more fun! I recommend them for so many delicious reasons!!

Wonderful market for imported German delicacies, as well as sausage and smoked meats made in-Haus. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I walked out with an armload of delicacies I hadn't known I needed.
