“Absolutely impeccable food. I’ve had SO many gyros from so many different places and it was literally the best I’ve ever had. The hummus, the chicken, the beef + lamb, fries, rice, sauce— EVERYTHING was so good! And it’s close to home!! Will be stopping in again soon.
PS : the falafel sample was also the best I’ve had. Chefs kiss“

“Took the parents for their first meal in Seattle and they wanted Mediterranean. Found this place not far from the Fauntleroy ferry dock. We ate outside, the servers were very nice and the food was delicious. Definitely will be going again. Not a pet friendly place for those with doggos.“
“Don’t let the outside fool you. As I walked up, I noticed the green smiling face of the health department’s approval hanging proudly in the window.
Inside, I found one of the best meals I’ve had in quite some time.
This being my first experience with Afghan cuisine, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. I came prepared, having studied the menu online and researched a few dishes beforehand. After a brief conversation with a friendly gentleman—who I suspect was also the maestro responsible for the meal that followed—I ordered the manto and bolani.
What flavor!
The experience reminded me of the down-home cooking I grew up with in the Midwest and South. Comforting, hearty, and clearly made by someone who cares. Just substitute a few herbs and spices, and you’ll find a familiar spirit beneath the differences.
Alas, I am now back home several hundred miles away, searching Google for Afghan restaurants closer to me that might live up to the standard set by Kabul Kabab.“

“I'm mad my friend didn't show me this spot earlier!!! For starters, we had the mezze platter. It came with dolmas (so good!! Perfect marriage of rice and spices!), tzatziki (so fresh! The mint...yum!!), baba ganoush (with a smokey hint), hummus (so fresh!!), tabouli (best ive had in a long time! It was not overwhelming with parsley... super enjoyable. So good we got orders to go!), and the piyaz (a chilled white bean salad with ginger root, onion, tomato, EVOO, and garlic...so good we got orders to go!). Entrees we had the mesopotamian lamb and beef (the stew was so comforting..like a hug. The lamb was so tender!), and the lamb chops (love the rosemary and garlic!) For dessert...freshhhhh baklava, freshest ive had. It had just been made. It was so perfect! It's not so heavy compared to the normal baklava with honey that Im used too. Looks like I have a new favorite Mediterranean spot to go to!!! The staff was great. The food was amazing.“
