This is a true story.I’m a complete foreigner and needed a coffee due to severe jetlag. I walked there and asked for a 20oz coffee, great service(!) but when I tried to pay with my European card didn’t work on the machine. The lady working there told me it was okay - they literally gave me the coffee for free and I gave her a huge Hugh five in disbelief, chock and joy over that amazing move from this coffee house. That doesn’t happen on your Starbucks. Support this place! I’m caffeinated goin on my place now - awesome!

Some of the best baristas around, not talking just about looks, they are usually a lot more inviting and just all around good people working at these shops than places like Starbucks. The drinks are better too. A bit pricy so not every day for me but there are also not many lines either so that's a bonus.

Never been turned away, I’m a client to one of the next door businesses and I always walk up to get drinks from this ladybug espresso stand and today a girl I’ve never met before turned me away. Literally gave attitude and didn’t care in the manner that she said it and brushed me off like my business is not important. I literally told her my vehicle is parked right next to her business and she still chose to literally not even talk to me after telling me that she couldn’t allow me to purchase from her because I was a walk up. There’s no excuse for the manner she went about things, it’s daylight, I’d understand in the dark at night for safety reasons etc, but it was during the day.

I love going here. You can actually get conversation. The big coffee chains are becoming impersonal. They take your money without a smile and that’s it. That’s why I like to go to alternatives like ladybug espresso. If I’m paying eight dollars for a drink I want at least some conversation and you get this here. I highly recommend.
