Phenomenal, must try. We got the veggie combo which has everything. The falafel was incredible and the grape leaves are the best I’ve ever had. We also got the Spanakopita & Greek Fries. The spanakopita was out of this world. We’ve never had anything like it. Flaky baklava crust filled with flavor. A Greek samosa of sorts. Anyways, get this tonight for take out.

Stopped by for a late lunch on Sunday afternoon at Mawadda Cafe, Burien. We ordered their chicken shawarma sandwich and greek fries. The food was fabulous. The chicken was so well marinated with spices - definitely one of the best I have had. The wrap with lettuce tomato and delicious orange chicken was my fav. Their greek fries also were great but the dip was even better.

This place certainly serves authentic mediterranean food and I am a fan. Highly recommend...

I happened to be in the Burien area and stopped by Mawadda Cafe to order food to-go. I was early however. The restaurant did not open for another 45 minutes.

Jackie, one of the owners, noticed me peering in the window (with my nose pressed up to the glass). Not only did she open the door, but she invited me in to have a seat while she asked the kitchen if they could accommodate my order.

I gratefully enjoyed the amazing, savory food aromas...
