Awful experience at 1516 SW 114th St, Burien, WA 98146 Tuesday January 17th, 8:55 PM I ordered through the mobile app for curbside pickup. App confirmed space number to wait in and said order is being prepared. I sat in the designated space and waited for 15 min before driving through the drive through to see what the holdup was. Ordering food from this McDs is like gambling, its completely random what you'll get: 1/3 the time they get your order right. 1/3 the time they get your order slightly wrong. 1/3 the time they give you something completely different. Examples: I ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal, and instead cheeseburgers, I got 2 hamburgers, and on them was a print-out-sicker that said "xtra salt, xtra pickles". McDonald's is a decent place to go with good food and clean surroundings. The drive-thru service is okay, but it's better not to arrive too late as they close before midnight. The staff can be rude and more focused on drive-thru service times than in-store customers. However, there are still some kind and helpful employees, like the young girl who served one reviewer perfectly. The parking lot can get crowded, but the small ice cream cones are a hit, especially with furry friends like Ruby. Many customers find this location to be quick and efficient, with food coming out fast and orders being accurate. Kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible, it’s considered one of the better McDonald's in the area. While customer service can sometimes be slow or less friendly at night, mornings and early afternoons tend to be better, with helpful staff who can accommodate dietary restrictions easily. Overall, it remains a reliable spot for good food and quick service.
