It's a taco bell, so expectations are generally low and that's fine. It is what it is. On the other hand, if I place an online order and I get there and you have no one in line and it's still not ready, that seems not great? Figure out how to use customer location and try to prepare in advance?
Went through the drive thru and ordered easy beef on my taco. I told them there was a mistake it charged me $0.60 because they put add - easy beef. He told me it did not show up on his screen that way. I said oh okay because it shows my meal is $12.29 before tax and when you typed it in it made it $12.89. He said nope, that is right.
