I wanted to take a moment to recognize an employee named Carlos at this location. I came through the drive-thru earlier today and unfortunately my shrimp was missing from the bag. I was already having a stressful day, so when I came back inside I probably wasn’t in the best mood. Carlos noticed right away and approached me with incredible professionalism and kindness.

He sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and calmly asked how he could make things better....

I ordered a bowl of Beijing Beef with rice... BOWL!!! I asked for a spoon, only forks. It is very difficult to eat rice out of a BOWL for crying out loud. Get some spoons in here!!!

This is now my favorite place to eat in Burien. The food and service are awesome! And I greatly appreciate the fact that they are open late for dine-in. I don't drive, and often sleep during the day..and I always look forward to visiting and eating here! I only wish I could give this place 500 stars.
