Came by to grab some quick food after work. Dylan was the employee who took my order. Although there wasn’t many options because it was so late, Dylan made sure to accommodate what I wanted. Even though some items took a minute to be made, Dylan made my time feel valuable.
When we walked in first thing you could see were the overflowing garbages. There was a lot of people behind the counter, and we were the only people in line. Food tasted fresh and employees were nice, drive thru was busy. They did eventually send two people to lobby to wipe down tables and smash down the trash so that was nice.
Manager Malakhi was exceptional. He was understaffed in all departments with a huge line in the restaurant and in the drive through. He kept his cool and was so kind and patient with all customers. His great attitude and hospitality was greatly appreciated. He was cooking, serving orders , ringing up customers and addressing the online orders. @ CORPORATE: give him a raise and bonus!
