I love pho. This place is ok, not great. I think there was a lot of black pepper in the broth.

We come here a lot but lately they have been off their quality game. They have a vegetarian menu but do not distinguish vegan / vegetarian. We have ordered the same dish and had it come with egg even after specifying no egg. They've fixed if everytime, the first time it was a big argument instead of taking accountability. I order my pho usually pretty particular, mostly they get it correct but recently there has been some communication issues I guess between us, the servers and the kitchen. The quality we had in our meal tonight was lacking and they got my order wrong. The past months they have been 5 stars, not sure whats happening.

They didn’t give me fork or chop sticks or a spoon , how am I supposed to eat this thing ? I’m at the hotel , and now I have to order from somewhere else business in order to have a fork and a spoon , why so greedy ? Seriously selling pho without chop sticks OMG… as I’m writing I tossed the soup cause I can’t eat with my fingers

My favorite place to get my Pho addiction satisfied. My wife and I always get 2 large Pho Chicken Beef Noodle Soups with Chicken Breast Meat...delicious and consistently good, always a sure bet for those rainy cold fall and weather nights. We sometimes add a side of the Rocket Shrimp.

As vegans, it is difficult to find a restaurant with vegan options. Pho Vina has a separate vegetarian menu/vegan with several options! I ordered the crispy chow fun and grilled vegan pork skewers. I was blown away by how amazing the food was and how accommodating the server was. I highly recommend this place!

Waited 40 minutes for my to go order. Said they ran out of chicken but didn’t tell me but they somehow came up with some chicken it was tasty but the wait was unnecessary

Had Thai was mushy and all ingredients thrown together. Spring rolls were heavy on ham with very little flavor. Also over priced

Anytime I fly into SeaTac I make sure to stop at Pho Vina. It’s so tasty and they have lots of options! The staff are very kind and knowledgeable about veg accommodations.

I went to Pho Vina with my two kids and left pretty disappointed. I tried to order a small veggie pho for myself and a large veggie pho (around $16) for my kids to split, which is what we normally do when we get takeout. Instead, the waiter told us we had to order two kids’ noodle soups instead, which came to $25. The portions were basically the same (if not less) than what they would’ve had splitting the large, so it felt like we were being pushed into spending more for no real reason.

On top of that, they calculate the automatic tip after tax - which feels really unethical. Between the forced ordering and the sneaky tipping practice, the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and not because of the food. I’m a frequent customer and will continue to come here despite the subpar service.

Our quick stop after a long flight for lunch turns out to be an awesome meal. Clean and quiet spot with friendly staff.

My Beef Pho was yummy and unexpectedly large. My partner had Vegan Mongolian Beef which he said he really loved.

This was my favorite place because they have so many vegan options but they have a problem with ants! I found a dead ant in my vegan pho. The employee offered a measily 30% off due to there being a dead ant in my food... as we were talking, I pointed out multiple ants crawling around the front counter. Its unfortunate because I really liked the place, but I cant go back here without being paranoid of ants in my food.

Update: Consistency has improved with the food choices I've had since the last few times dinning there a couple of years ago when I last ate there. But for the past 2 years or more they've up their prices so high as if they're in the heart of DT Seattle when they're in Burien and now it's FAR TOO EXPENSIVE to even consider ever going back unfortunately. Love the vegan food options but not worth breaking the bank for pho and other dishes whether vegan or not. Almost feels like they're taking advantage of their customers hard earned money. 7/2/2025

As much as I love this place I would have to say it is somewhat of a hit and miss for me. One day I have this amazing vegan pho that make your taste buds dance, and the next time it tastes like they just didn't care. The last few times that I have been here having vegan pho it was disappointing. It just tasted like vegetable broth with no Pho flavor. Now when I go there I order something else longing for that delicious Pho I once had. 😢😔

Like eating occasionally here but more than once have found a bug in the basil. Not sure why they don't wash it properly. Otherwise food taste good.
