Very solid food choices. The French dip is delicious. Any of the sandwich options are good. Fries and potato salad are great. Great atmosphere at the bar, darker than the rest of the restaurant. Smarty Pants is our go-to for dinner.
I moved to Burien about 1.5 years ago and have lost count how many times we’ve gone to Smarty Pants. It’s a local favorite and I feel lucky to live within 5 minutes of it. I don’t even get the same thing every time because it’s got great variety of items. It’s our go-to for when folks are in town, when we don’t feel like cooking, or we have a babysitter on a Saturday and can have brunch! Seriously, a must stop in Burien!
As soon as I landed in Seattle the cool crisp air had me feeling like a sandwich and soup and Smarty Pants did not disappoint! The sandwich was d-licious, (sandwich was perfect, fries were crisp on the outside and soft inside and the honey mustard dip...mmm mmm! The service was fast and the vibe was great.
