The gentleman that always works the first drive-thru window with the face covering, I think his name is Matt. He’s always friendly and brings joy even if it’s just taking my order and having a 30 sec conversation. The rest of the staff can learn a thing or two about great customer service from him. He’s awesome!
I’ve come to this Wendy’s a few times now typically on weekday afternoons and these 5 stars are for the gentleman who is always taking the drive-thru orders and is at the first window - he is refreshingly kind and friendly which is unfortunately rare in customer service these days. Wendy’s is lucky to have him!
It was so clean inside, and comfortable, the cashier was the absolute best and she got my order 100% correct the first time, and it even matched when I got the food...! The food quality and speed of service was absolutely on point..! One of the best Wendy's that I've ever been to honestly.
