I hate to admit that I eat fast food sometimes and Matt at the drive-through window at Wendy’s in Burien is the absolute best in the greater Seattle area out of any restaurant. He defies customer services
I ordered 2 frosties and when I got home the frosties wasn't in our bag. I contacted the manager and advised them of this and was advised of this. When we returned to the store to retrieve the two frosties we received a cup probably with 4 oz. Awful service for the money,
Great. The customer service and fresh fast food brought me back down memory lane of the early 2000's Wendy's experience. Almost as good as the yellow cardboard Wendy's days. Who ever is running the establishment needs to be recognized and well cared for. You, Wendy's manager; I salute you!
