I took two of my my grandkids, 16 and 8, they had never been to Chuck E Cheese. They had a great time! Great customer service, all the games were working, and it was clean.
I thought the pizza was a little to brown.The personal pizza was to much $ .I would of gathered spent $14 someplace else .

Clean and tons of seating, but not too many games and very expensive for what was offered. Kids point prozes are a joke. For $24 in points my dd got a chupa sucker and a sticker. Staff was on her personal phone during her paid work hours why we waited maybe 15 min to check out. She finally looked up...how can you know you are cheating a company of $$ and time, and let customers down, go to sleep at night thinking thats okay? Its very concerning!! Cheating is stealing! The food is ok, featuring pizza, and guests have noted the overall service was good from the staff. The restaurant has a fun atmosphere, with Chuck E. himself making appearances. The unlimited play is fun, but only when it works. Some games took a few swipes and tickets are minimal. However, the addition of a gold monthly membership offers food at 50% off. The young staff is amazing and goes above and beyond to make the day so special. All the kids had a blast which is all that matters, making it a great memory for a kid's birthday party.
